Schools in the Pandemic/Stages of Development

Begin your blogging by describing the classroom(s) in which you are working in excruciating detail. Include commentary about the school, the subject matter, the teacher, and of course, the students.

Based on the article about schools and the pandemic as well as our class discussion, comment on any aspects of “pandemic hangover” that you see in the students, teachers, or classroom processes.

Then apply Piaget’s stage theory of cognitive development to the classroom or a student you are observing. According to Piaget, what stage of cognitive development should this student (these students) be exhibiting? Thus far, does your observation tend to support or challenge Piaget’s stages?
